TEC Literacy and Numeracy requirements
Basically "NCALNE (or equivalent) required for L1-2 tutors by December 2015" or "If you don't have NCALNE (or equivalent) you cannot teach L1-2 students in 2016"

Inside Pathways: enrollment and apply for funding
To continue to apply for funding to complete the formal qualification, you need to enrol. If your request is approved, you are notionally given $2000 towards the course. $750 is then required. Please see your manager about this.
