This task will enable you to explore the place and purpose of PSAR within your current practices.

Guidelines 

As a team discuss which meetings/occasions are the most suitable for the discussion of PSAR for your programme. 

Identify whether PSAR is already a standing agenda item in these situations and or whether this has been effective to date.

If ineffective, discuss ways in which it can be made to be more effective. This in itself is a reflective practice that can be discussed in your PSAR commentary as identified ways of improving.

Identify ways in which discussion of PSAR concerns are recorded and how this can be used as evidence to inform your PSAR commentary.
