Developing Goals/Targets
An essential feature of PSAR is the identification of goals/targets to improve performance in providing high quality education.
Goals/targets need to be clear and specific. Outcomes need to be measurable so that you know when and how you can achieve them.
The goals/targets also need to align with evidence that you have analysed. This evidence tells you what you need to work in to either improve performance or maintain existing high standards.
The old SMART goal formula remains a valuable way of approaching goals.
